LIONS Programme

Launch of the UK's LIONS Programme.
 January saw the launch of our LIONS programme, our first workshop in 2024 focused on:
 
✔ Business insights
✔ Building self-awareness
✔ Understanding behavioural drivers
✔ Recognizing drivers in self and others.
✔ Networking and interacting with colleagues across the business
✔ Project planning/analysis
✔ Building effective teams with diverse strengths, knowledge & working behaviours
 
Over the next few months our pack of LIONS will be working on their allocated projects which will support their development as well as potentially delivering some improvement initiatives to our business.
 
After observing the kick-off meetings that took place during the workshops, we are excited to see what the impact of their collaboration will be.
